East Harling - Sir Robert Herlings Tomb

Sir Robert Herling's Tomb
The Lady Chapel contains the tomb of Sir Robert Herling, who died in 1435. Originally only one figure rested on the tomb, but at an unknown date the lady's effigy was placed beside that of her husband. The translation is itself an antique, as it was made by the Reverend D. A. Powell in 1815.
