Roudham Church

Welcome to the Roudham Church, Norfolk

Roudham church, a ruin conspicuous from the railway, was in use until c.1735, when a man repairing the tower dropped some hot ashes from his pipe onto the thatched roof of the nave, with dire consequences. It is mainly a 14th century building, with a tower to the south of the nave, which also acted as a porch.
